Context

This project speculates on a possible future for the cork landscapes. I developed an exhibition that raises awareness about what could happen if traditional cork harvesting knowledge is lost over time, a situation that is already beginning to occur today. The exhibition explores the dependence of the montado ecosystem on human care, presenting a circular journey through the present, and projected futures 50 and 100 years ahead. It aims to create impact through sound, visuals, and informational panels that illustrate the gradual degradation of the system. The project included 3D modelling, exhibition posters, and a pitch presented to Ecological Citizens in London.
